Participation to these type of workshops will make it easier for parents to understand the mechanisms of communication, awareness of communication needs, understanding rules of effective communication to improve the family atmosphere and relationships between their members, and will allow them to make a plan to change the way they communicate in the family.

The workshops will familiarize parents with the concept of authority, will allow them to know the styles of parental education, understand the benefits of authoritative education and elucidate the myths related to education.

Parents will become familiar with the concepts of character and personality, will be introduced to the importance of character in personal development and will identify with them optimal periods of character development. The workshop will also facilitate the understanding of the mechanisms of character formation by parents.

In the work sessions, parents will learn to identify factors that generate conflicts in the family, to explore the mechanisms of family conflicts, to understand the conflict between generations and to find possible solutions for resolving family conflicts.
