Goal: The exchange of experience facilitates the transfer of knowledge and examples of good practice between partners from Norway and partners and associate partners from Romania, thus improving the capacity for successful long-term implementation of project activities in beneficiary schools.

Goal: Teacher training and development of psych-pedagogical intervention skills and abilities, such as understanding communication mechanisms, conflict mediation tools, developing trust, autonomy, initiative, and identity.

Goal: Training and development of teachers in the skills of exposing the professional path and personal development; teachers will learn to use tools to identify vocational interests, skills and values, tools for identifying and recognizing professions compatible with personal profile, formulating professional and career goals, sources for identifying the real situation on the labor market.

Goal: Training and development of teachers in the skills of design, organization and development of the educational process in the inclusive school paradigm; competences for capitalizing on the learning space and the school curriculum according to the specific requirements of the students in the primary target group.

Goal: Training and development of teacher skills in complaint management, dispute resolution, resolving complaints or conflicts and negotiating with people involved in conflicts. Also, the ability to observe, receive and obtain information from various sources, to think creatively and to mentor children in establishing and maintaining healthy interpersonal relationships.

Goal: Training and development in teachers of skills to facilitate and transmit the basic terminology for entrepreneurship, such as the definition of the entrepreneur, the structure and content of a business plan, the formulation and validation of a business idea, forms of financing, etc.

Goal: Training and development in teachers of the skills needed to achieve basic ICT literacy of children in the primary target group, which will be developed by the project promoter together with the Norwegian partner with skills needed to educate with basic ICT skills / digital literacy children at risk.
